The special design of the KATA Rucksack gives quick, separate access to the camera and lens setup in the central compartment, while the rest of the equipment surrounding it remains secure. Additional accessories, like flash-unit, filters, charger,etc can be stored in the spacious arched lid compartment, the two outside pockets and the central pocket. The ergonomic harness includes a unique cushioning and shock absorbing system, which allows for optimal ventilation, weight distribution and 5-point adjustment mechanism. Included is a well-padded dividing set, which allows you to customize your bag to your equipment. In addition a TST tripod holder with its connecting V shape device and an upper adjustable strap is included, allowing the tripod to be carried on the central part of the Rucksack or on one of the sides. Especially designed Camera STraps can be attached to the D rings on the harness and will take the camera load off your neck. In order to provide stability when on the go, two 25mm wide waist straps are provided and can be connected to the base of the harness. The R-103 is designed to hold a SLR body with up to 300mm lens attached, an extra body, 4-5 lenses, or a DV camcorder. IT also features a rear laptop compartment that will hold 15 laptops up to a 17 Powerbook. Katas TST (Thermo Shield Technology) provides the perfect level of protection against shock, vibration and impact. It continues in KATA''s tradition of light weight and ergonomic shape.
