Connectors: DB25 Male to DB25 Female. Provides IEEE-1284 connection that maximizes parallel performance. 24k gold connectors provide maximum corrosion resistance for error-free data transfer. Ultra-flexible jacket and oversized thumbscrews make installation easy. Heavy-duty molded strain relief provides increased flexibility and durability. Double-shielded foil and braid meets IEEE-1284 specifications. 18 tightly wrapped conductor pairs have a data line paired with a ground line to minimize crosstalk, noise and other interference, ensuring error-free printing. 28AWG stranded tinned copper conductors are individually insulated in polypropylene to minimize crosstalk, ensuring high-speed, error-free transmission. Aluminum undermold shield helps to meet FCC requirements on EMI/RFI interference.
